Qualifications

The Role

As an Associate, Workday Integration Developer you will join the People and Culture team to grow and manage integrations between Workday and other HR, Finance, Payroll, and third‑party systems. You will also maintain security roles and reports within Workday. This is a tremendous growth opportunity for someone with Workday and technical knowledge hoping to manage integrations in an HRIS environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and optimize new integrations and existing integration systems.
  • Create integrations in Workday using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, EIBs, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and errors.
  • Support new feature implementations, including data gathering workbooks, system testing, UAT and design documentation.
  • Modify and redevelop business processes and integrations based on client requirements.
  • Document solutions in compliance with SOX and audit requirements.
  • Extract data from Workday using custom reports and develop, run and optimize custom reports.
  • Leverage Workday Business Process Framework and Workday Business Object Model.
  • Identify enhancements based on new features from Workday releases.
  • Manage and audit security roles within People Systems.
Qualifications (You have)
  • 2–3 years of experience in Workday involving EIBs, Security, Calculated Fields and Reporting.
  • Strong understanding of calculated fields and reporting.
  • Workday Core HCM knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with leadership.
  • Problem‑solving and troubleshooting aptitude.
  • Experience building and maintaining Studio integrations with Greenhouse Recruiting, PICOF/PECI integrations for ADP Workforcenow or CloudPay, etc.
  • Workday Pro certification – Integrations, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Report Writer, Workday Studio.
  • Experience with Workday Web Services API.
  • Experience with integration tools in Workday (RAAS, EIB).
  • Functional experience developing integrations for HR, Payroll or Finance systems.
  • Remote work flexibility – work from anywhere for up to 20 days per year.
Compensation

This Canada‑located role offers a salary range of $95,000–$115,000 CAD. The role is eligible for an annual bonus and includes competitive base salary, benefits, and paid time off.
