  • Collaborate with the Global Delivery Center team on daily activities, incidents, and root cause analysis.
  • Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as required.
  • Maintain the Workday platform, ensuring effective reporting and data management.
  • Drive continual business process improvements throughout the organization.
