We are seeking a Work-From-Home Sales Representative who will be responsible for introducing and educating clients on the permanent benefits they are entitled to through labor unions, credit unions, and / or associations with our guidance. This role requires a candidate who is people-focused, service-oriented, and confident in building long-lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom.
  • Explain and review permanent benefits clearly and accurately.
  • Guide clients through enrollment and claims processes.
  • Ensure documentation and client updates are completed accurately & on time.
  • Support team members in reaching shared goals and performance standards
What We are Looking For
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in customer support, sales, or team collaboration preferred
  • Proficient in using Zoom, completing forms with accuracy, and ensuring timely documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated.
