What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and support WMS implementation and configuration projects end-to-end
• Analyze business, functional, and integration requirements to design effective WMS solutions
• Configure core WMS modules such as Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Shipping
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve both functional and technical problems within defined SLAs
• Maintain high-quality documentation including technical designs and test plans

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in WMS implementations or supply chain execution systems
• Strong techno-functional background in any WMS platform
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including designing and optimizing stored procedures and complex queries
• Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience integrating WMS with automation technologies such as Goods-to-Person or AS/RS
• Exposure to OMS, TMS, or EDI messaging standards
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments
