We are currently seeking a new Wireless Account Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll gain firsthand experience in sales by utilizing our client’s extensive resources and participating in our comprehensive training programs. As a Wireless Account Associate at Lion Star Consulting, you’ll benefit from mentorship by senior executives, positioning you for a thriving career in sales, client services, and management.

Responsibilities of a Wireless Account Associate:

  • Engage directly with customers to identify their needs and recommend sales solutions tailored to their preferences and goals.
  • Provide personalized support in building service packages, finalizing orders, and scheduling installations.
  • Address customer inquiries professionally, offering detailed information about pricing, services, and sales activation processes.
  • Serve as a representative of our clients, managing local accounts while actively pursuing new customer relationships to drive sales.
  • Maintain compliance with all client and company guidelines to ensure success in sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and train junior Wireless Account Associates, equipping them with the skills to excel in sales and account management.

Qualifications of a Wireless Account Associate:

  • An Associate’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, client services, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
  • A robust sense of integrity and work ethic.
  • Eagerness to mentor and guide other Wireless Account Associates in their sales roles.
  • Ability to accept and implement constructive feedback.
