Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store.
• Maintain product standards and inventory control.
• Manage office supply inventory and coordinate maintenance.
• Coordinate sourcing product and placing weekly orders.
• Prepare daily store reports.
• Provide leadership to team members.
• Deliver premier customer service.
• Conduct inventory counting and reconciliation.

Skills

Strong wine, beer, and spirits knowledge (WSET Level 3 or equivalent)

Previous buying experience in a retail or restaurant environment

Literacy with budgets and financial statements

Experience leading teams

Strong organizational skills

Experience with POS systems and inventory systems

Physical ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs

Education

WSET accreditation or equivalent
