Position Summary
The incumbent is responsible for maintaining contracted assets (roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, tunnels, vegetation, etc.) through operation/use of heavy equipment, particularly during seasonal needs (e.g., snow plow operations) and other contract requirements. This role requires a high level of safety awareness and the ability to recognize hazards and adjust to avoid loss, injury or accident. You must be able to communicate safety instructions to co-workers, stay focused on safety while using tools and equipment, and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate to the job.
We are seeking Snow Plow / Seasonal Equipment Operators for the seasonal period of October through April. Competitive pay and seasonal benefits are offered. A minimum of a DZ license is required for this job.

Primary Responsibilities and Key Deliverables
For Winter Season – Removal of snow and ice using snow removal and/or sanding equipment, including salting and seasonal maintenance on roads and bridges.
For Summer Season – Maintain and repair highway and other surfaces including signs, guardrails, fences, lighting, potholes, striping, reflectors, litter and debris removal.
