Position Summary:

We Are Seeking A Creative And Technically-Skilled Web Developer To Join Our Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain the company’s website to effectively showcase security services, project portfolios, and client testimonials, ensuring responsive and user-friendly design across all devices.
  • Regularly update site content to reflect the latest service offerings, certifications, security updates, and company announcements, in alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with the IT and Operations teams to integrate client login portals or scheduling systems for patrol, monitoring, or incident reporting services.
  • Manage and troubleshoot web-related security features, such as SSL certificates, secure client communication channels, and basic cyber hygiene for public-facing pages.
  • Create digital assets including banners, service brochures, and email templates for marketing campaigns and recruitment drives tailored to the security industry.
  • Assist with the integration of online tools and platforms, such as incident reporting forms, job application portals, or internal dashboards for staff coordination.
Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience in web design (portfolio required) – ideally 2+ years.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (or frameworks/libraries as needed).
  • Experience with a CMS (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and/or headless CMS setups.
  • Familiarity with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, mobile optimization.
  • Understanding of web performance optimization, web accessibility (WCAG), SEO fundamentals.
  • Graphic design skills: layout, typography, visual hierarchy, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
  • Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) and translating data into UX improvements.
  • Good communication skills, able to work collaboratively with non-technical staff and explain design decisions clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Security industry experience is a plus (not mandatory) – familiarity with service-based business websites, trust/safety messaging, client-facing portals is an advantage.
