Qualifications

• Experience in delivering activities on and off the water.
• Experience working with young people is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personal qualifications like first aid.
• Function as Duty Lead Instructor.
• Organise and deliver water-sports training.
• Conduct routine checks of boats and equipment.
• Ensure safe conduct of all activities.
