• Experience operating a water jet cutting machine preferred.
• General machinist or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D software (Inventor/Auto CAD) an asset.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as we are actively recruiting for Water Jet Operator responsible for operating a water jet cutting machine, managing materials, and applying programs and processes set forth by the Manufacturing Department. This position reports to the Machining Department Group Leader.

What we’re looking for

• Water Jet Cutting Machine experience, preferred
• Experience as a machine operator preferred
• Basic CAD design and operating cam software an asset
• Experience operating an overhead crane and driving a forklift preferred
• Capable of lifting 40 lbs.
• Proven time management skills
• Strong computer skills

What you need to succeed

• General machinist or equivalent experience preferred
• Knowledge of 2D/3D software (Inventor/Auto CAD) an asset
• Basic machine maintenance an asset
• Entry level programming skills an asset

Wage range: $20.00 - $26.00 hourly
