What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facility. You will be responsible for overseeing a shift team and supporting day‑to‑day distribution functions including inventory, safety, and personnel development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and lead the shift workforce, ensuring productivity, safety, and schedule adherence.
  • Plan and coordinate the proper sequencing of assembly, loading, receiving, and shipping activities.
  • Ensure accurate handling and movement of products and materials.
  • Maintain the integrity of inventory and ensure compliance with inbound and outbound processes.
  • Resolve personnel, equipment, and workflow issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain security and safety protocols throughout the distribution centre.
  • Train, coach, and support team members on policies, procedures, systems, and best practices.
  • Complete shift reports and documentation (e.g., incidents, disciplinary reports).
  • Facilitate smooth communication and hand‑offs between shifts.
  • Foster a positive and visible presence on the floor to support a high‑performing team culture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
What You Will Need
  • 1–3 years of supervisory or management experience in a distribution or warehouse setting.
  • Computer systems knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Experience with Distribution Operations and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night), including weekends.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to manage team performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with a commitment to teamwork and operational excellence.
