Position Summary
We are seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead and manage our warehouse team in a high‑volume, fast‑paced production environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving efficiency, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring the team meets production, productivity, and customer service goals.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong operational knowledge, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to inspire and develop a high‑performing team.

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba

Schedule: Monday to Friday

What you will do
  • Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team—providing guidance and supporting critical roles to ensure strong performance, accountability, and alignment with company standards.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts, address performance issues, and build a high‑trust, accountable team environment.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment, ensuring customer expectations and productivity targets.
  • Drive operational excellence by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing best practices to enhance workflow efficiency and utilization of space.
  • Partner closely with the Operations Manager and Branch Manager to ensure warehouse and office teams are aligned on customer requirements and service‑level commitments.
  • Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, leading performance management processes, and fostering a positive, engaged, and accountable work environment.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations and supervisory roles, ideally within high‑volume fulfillment, distribution, or 3PL environments.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or overtime, to support peak operational demands.
  • Strong technical knowledge of warehousing best practices, inventory control, distribution center processes, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Hands‑on equipment proficiency, including forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers, along with a solid understanding of occupational health & safety practices and TDG regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a continuous‑improvement mindset and the ability to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the judgment, professionalism, and collaborative approach needed to inspire high standards and promote team engagement.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.
  • MS Office proficiency necessary; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
