The Role:

As a Warehouse Lead, you will assist the store management team with daily store operations. Your responsibilities include maintaining organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, unloading, stocking, and retrieving merchandise in the backroom, and ensuring logistics are up to date. Safety is our top priority. You will supervise, coach, and train warehouse team members on warehouse processes.

Other duties include:
  • Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
  • Managing warehouse inventory and controlling losses, damages, and thefts
  • Communicating merchandise arrivals to the store team to ensure timely stocking
  • Printing relevant receiving reports to confirm all items are received or dispatched with no outstanding POs or transfers

What you bring to the role:
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize warehouse tasks effectively with a sense of urgency
  • Decision-making skills related to shipping and receiving that support company guidelines
  • Minimum of 6 months relevant warehouse or back-end retail experience
  • Over 1 year of retail experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
