Warehouse Associate

Full‑Time Position – Halifax, NS

Residing in Canada is required.

IDN‑Canada is a leading distributor of security and door hardware, providing a range of products, access control solutions, and more to security professionals across Canada. We are seeking a permanent full‑time Warehouse Associate to join our Halifax, NS team. Opportunity to grow within the company.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Shipping and receiving orders & transfers
  • Stocking & organizing products
  • Assisting in regular stock counts
  • Executing daily branch functions for production and the warehouse, including loading/unloading transport, arranging deliveries, customer pickups, picking orders, putting away stock, and cleaning
  • Entering transactions into computer systems
  • Performing basic order entry, addressing product or service concerns, answering questions, and building customer relationships
  • Supporting and working with all other branch personnel

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform repetitive tasks daily

Full‑time position. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
