Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience working in a warehouse.
  • Must be comfortable lifting or moving a minimum weight of 50 pounds.
  • Team Leader experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Assign work to warehouse staff and provide guidance to ensure productivity and accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory levels; assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
  • Enforce compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
  • Responsible for scheduling routine maintenance of warehouse equipment.
  • Ensure that all areas are clean and that all product is put away before the end of the workday.

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Attendant Team Lead to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting the Logistics Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the warehouse, supporting the team and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
  • Assign work to warehouse staff and provide guidance to ensure productivity and accuracy
  • Monitor inventory levels; assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation
  • Enforce compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
  • Proficient in operation of reach trucks and other material handling equipment
  • Responsible for scheduling routine maintenance of warehouse equipment
  • Responsible for the overall appearance of the warehouse. Ensure that all areasare clean and that all product is put away before the end of the workday
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members
What you bring
  • 2-3 years experience working in a warehouse
  • Must be legally certified to drive a Crown and Raymond forklift
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
  • Must be able to lift or move a minimum weight of 50 pounds
  • Team Leader experience is an asset
  • Familiarity with SAP and basic computer skills is an asset
