• Experience using inventory software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing excellent service to customers.
• Filling orders and ensuring timely completion.
• Informing customers of any issues with filling orders.
• Entering sales orders and ensuring documentation is complete.
• Assisting customers in identifying specific products.
• Physically locating and picking orders.
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Assisting with the overflow of sales calls.
• Assisting the Shipping/Receiving Department.
• Other duties as required.
