Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading shipments; preparing and stacking skids.
  • Sorting freight; verifying goods received; and other duties as assigned.
  • Putting away counter and warehouse stock.
  • Picking, receiving and shipping duties when required.
  • Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives.
  • Directly servicing the customer via phone and counter sales.
  • Processing orders, inquiries and quotations.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Participating in regular cycle counts and annual inventory.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhering to established Health & Safety procedures.

Position: Warehouse Associate – Richmond
