Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Kinvia’s mission and Board governance role.
• Willingness to assume Board leadership role in the future.
• Experience as a Board member of an organization or corporation.

Responsibilities

• Serve a three-year volunteer term with Kinvia.
• Dedicate at least 8-10 hours a month to Board activities.
• Attend four Board meetings a year in-person in Toronto.
