This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Virtual Events and Podcast Manager in Finland.

We are looking for a creative and highly organized Virtual Events and Podcast Manager to lead webinars and support a flagship podcast in a fast-growing global environment. In this role, you will shape how the company engages executive and industry audiences through thought-provoking virtual content, ensuring each session delivers value and reinforces the organization’s thought leadership. You will manage end-to-end event production, from planning and speaker coordination to promotion and performance analysis. Collaborating closely with marketing, content, and external partners, you will ensure alignment with strategic priorities while maintaining a seamless experience for attendees and listeners. This role offers high visibility, creative ownership, and the opportunity to influence global audience engagement.

Accountabilities
  • Manage the end-to-end quarterly webinar program, including topic selection, speaker coordination, live execution, follow-up, and performance reporting.
  • Plan, produce, and promote the company’s flagship podcast, ensuring episodes are aligned with strategic themes and provide value to listeners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, content managers, and external agencies to develop engaging narratives and promotional campaigns.
  • Repurpose insights from webinars and podcasts into broader content for marketing campaigns.
  • Support corporate communications including press release distribution, analyst communications, campaign support, and maintenance of brand resources.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in virtual events and podcast management, with strong editorial and project management skills.

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with recent hands-on responsibility for webinars, virtual events, or podcasts.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Zoom Webinars, Riverside Studio, Descript, Canva, and HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS, technology, or media environments is a plus.
