Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to client emails and inquiries in English and French
  • Schedule and coordinate consultations, follow‑ups, and document submissions
  • Prepare, review, and organise immigration‑related documents and forms
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and internal databases
  • Support consultants and legal advisors with case management and file updates
  • Conduct basic research on visa types, policy updates, and case requirements
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations team
Qualifications
  • 1‑3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Case Manager (Must‑have)
  • Previous experience working with immigration, legal, or government‑related services
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Clio, Salesforce)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
