A creative beauty company in Toronto is seeking a Videographer/Editor to join their in-house Film and Photo team. The role involves creating high-quality video content for various platforms, collaborating with peers, and managing all aspects of production from shooting to post-production. Lush is seeking a creative Videographer/Editor for our in-house Film and Photo team, positioned within our Brand department. Reporting to the Film and Photo Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and original video content across all Lush platforms, including ecommerce videos, social content, event activations and brand documentaries. You will do this in partnership with the Film and Photo Manager and our in house Photographer and Producer.
Our ideal candidate will be self‑motivated, multi‑talented and collaborative in their approach to creating video content. You have experience running and leading a set and are comfortable with all aspects of the video process. In pre‑production you are creative, organized and realistic. On set, you have a creative vision, strong cinematography skills, are detail‑oriented and efficient whilst creating an inclusive and comfortable set for talent and co‑workers. In post you craft concise edits, align to industry standards, work within brand creative and apply feedback as needed. You are comfortable in‑studio and on location, adapting to the situation and time constraints to create the best work possible.
As a Lush enthusiast and talented visual storyteller, you’ll ensure that all content we are publishing is created and edited to the highest standards possible. This salary range is based on an assessment of the local market and may vary depending on the successful candidate’s location. This range is based on base salary and does not include additional bonus program and total rewards eligibility.
Base Salary Range $70,300 — $78,000 CAD
