We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales Strategy to lead our sales planning and execution efforts. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Lead and mentor the sales strategy team to optimize performance and foster professional growth.

- Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
- Oversee sales forecasting budgeting and reporting to ensure accurate and timely insights.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales strategy sales management or related roles.
- Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
