Conviron, a leader in environmentally controlled plant growth solutions, seeks a Vice President for Aftermarket & Services. The role requires a strategic leader to manage service operations, drive growth, and develop client-focused initiatives. This full-time, onsite position offers competitive compensation based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Vice President, Aftermarket & Services role reports directly to the President of the CEL Group of Companies.
The role is accountable for growth, productivity, and effectiveness of Conviron’s Service, Installations, and Project Management departments. The role will work closely with other members of the senior leadership team and foster close working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that clients are growing confidently.
In particular, the role will be accountable for growth strategy and execution for the department, extending existing service support offerings to better serve our clients’ needs. Intentional growth of supporting systems, processes, and resources will be required to manage the ability to serve and scale the company’s service offering.
