Qualifications

• Previous experience in client education related to preventative medicine and vaccine protocols.
• Ability to support patients up to 50kg and lift up to 25kg.
• 2 years of experience in client service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with General Practice Veterinarians in all aspects of patient care.
• Acquire detailed medical histories and educate clients.
• Conduct follow-up phone calls to assess patients’ recovery.
