If you are passionate about user-centred design, ethical storytelling, and creating digital journeys that move people from interest to action, we would love to meet you.

As our UX Designe r, you will shape the digital experience of donors and supporters across web, email, and social platforms. You will translate strategy into intuitive, visually compelling, and conversion-focused design that strengthens engagement and builds trust.
This role sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and impact. You will collaborate closely with writers, marketers, fundraisers, and external partners to ensure every digital touchpoint reflects our brand, honours the dignity of the communities we serve, and supports meaningful donor journeys.
As our ideal candidate, you are both strategic and detail-oriented, with a passion for creating digital experiences that inspire action and generosity. You believe thoughtful, user-centred design can deepen connection and trust—and you’re motivated by work that contributes to lasting global impact. Your eye for detail ensures accuracy and consistency in all communications and marketing materials. And finally, you have a heart for impact and you’re deeply supportive of FH Canada’s core values.
This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) offers a flexible work schedule, combining the convenience of home-based work with the collaboration of in-office time. We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $58,000.00-$65,000.00, along with a full suite of additional benefits, including 100% employer-paid medical and dental coverage, RRSP matching, and ample paid time off to support a healthy work-life balance.
