Content & UX Specialist (Contract/Hybrid Role)

Location: Laval

Level: Intermediate (2-5 years of experience)

We are looking for an Content & UX Specialist to join our team and contribute to the creation, optimization, and management of digital content across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, a passion for user experience, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver effective content to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Management: Oversee content creation, maintenance, and depublication. Manage content libraries for easy access and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple teams to deliver content via the best channels (e.g., newsletters). Co-develop brand voice and tone guidelines.
  • User Research & UX: Conduct research on user preferences and behavior. Simplify user journeys to enhance accessibility and understanding of information.
  • Content Creation & Optimization: Write engaging and informative content. Analyze and improve existing content for clarity and effectiveness.
  • Training & Support: Train internal teams on content creation, UX principles, and best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
