DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
Treasury and Balance Sheet Management (TBSM) at TD is a global leader in asset and liability management. We are looking for advanced graduates to join our Treasury Associate Program.
At TBSM, we drive shareholder value by managing wholesale funding programs, funds transfer pricing, enterprise investment portfolio strategies and capital positions to generate stable earnings while optimizing the balance sheet within our risk appetite.
Our department is made up of over 250 professionals who provide expertise in balance sheet management across TD.
What is the Program?
If you hold a graduate degree and enjoy data-driven finance and puzzles, we want you on our leadership track. The Treasury Associate Program is a two-year rotational program with four 6-month rotations. Rotations may include:

Each rotation combines project-based and reporting work, with growth in strategic decision making and risk management. Mentorship is a core part of the program with support from colleagues, peers, advisors and executive mentors.
