Project Support

• Lead or assist in the initial project setup to ensure a well-organized and efficient plan
• Supervise engineers, drafters, and designers on small to medium-sized projects and liaise directly with clients
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Conduct regular project meetings to outline upcoming tasks and assign responsibilities
• Communicate with clients about project status and support necessary meetings
• Ensure smooth project workflow and effective communication across various disciplines, both internally and externally
• Predict future project needs to aid in resource planning
• Follow QA/QC procedures to ensure proper personnel conduct reviews
• Participate in industry conferences to enhance professional growth and share knowledge with colleagues
• Develop expertise in Transmission Line design, including PLS-CADD, structure staking, foundations, assembly drawings, steel pole performance loading, material procurement, construction specifications, and support

Project Manager Support

• Keep project status reports updated
• Provide regular project updates and forecasts
• Support project managers by meeting with clients in-person or remotely
• Build client relationships to secure future work opportunities

Department Manager Support

• Assist in resource planning for current and upcoming projects
• Participate in the screening and review process for new hires
• Offer business improvement strategies and procedures
• Address personnel conflicts and performance issues constructively
• Contribute to business planning and budgeting
