A real estate company in Canada is seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate documentation for property transactions. The role involves processing deal files, ensuring accuracy, and supporting agents through effective communication. Candidates should have essential computer skills, 2+ years in real estate transaction processing, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a starting base pay of $50,000 per year with room for growth and development.
Coordinating the flow of documentation from agent to the office and onward to solicitors and other real estate companies involved in the contract. It requires maximum attention to detail and high organizational skills. A self‑starter, extremely thorough, with a need to complete tasks, is able to connect with all personalities, has an accommodating, supportive attitude, finds amicable solutions, doesn’t take risks, follows procedures and policies, and is non‑confrontational. Must have strong attention to detail, enjoy working with facts, figures and systems, has the ability to work in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time and prefers a team setting. Strong verbal skills, listens well and gets through the company paperwork accurately, quickly and is very organized. This person is calm under pressure.

The starting base pay for this position is $50,000 per year in our lowest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training. Base pay is only one part of the total compensation package offered to employees in recognition of their hard work and is determined within a range to allow for growth and development within a role.
