A leading multinational transport company in Quebec is seeking a Train Performance Manager to oversee global train performances and lead complex systems engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with over 5 years of relevant experience and at least 2 years in leadership roles. This position involves technical requirements development, system architecture definition, and train integration tasks, all while promoting Agility, Innovation, and Responsibility.
