Job summary

A leading global music and media company based in Canada is looking for a full-time Traffic Coordinator. This role involves scheduling the airing of commercials on radio stations. This person is responsible for scheduling commercials to air on radio stations. If you enjoy doing puzzles or playing Tetris, this may be the job for you!

Stingray – a leading global music, media and technology force – has an immediate opening for a full-time Traffic Coordinator. This position is open to candidates located anywhere Stingray Radio has an office.

  • Prepare daily logs for up to five radio stations
  • Reconcile daily logs and investigate discrepancies when required
  • Work with other traffic team members to provide advice and establish best practices
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers on features and inventory control
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of commercials
  • Work with Program Directors to maintain synced traffic & music logs
  • Assist Account Executives with WideOrbit orders when needed
  • Must possess strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based and constantly changing environment
  • Excel in a multi-deadline environment
  • Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
  • Experience with radio traffic and WideOrbit software would be beneficial
  • Demonstrates unwavering integrity and professionalism
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability, embracing new technologies and tools with enthusiasm
