• 7+ years of progressive experience in pension and benefits.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian benefits regulations.
• Exceptional written communication skills for Board Committee presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement pension and benefits programs.
• Manage relationships with consultants and administrators.
• Lead or support Total Rewards projects and plan redesigns.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. pension legislation

Governance and vendor management experience

Excellent communication skills

Analytical and project management skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

CEBS or similar designation
