In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with ticket purchases, event inquiries, and support services. Respond to customer inquiries regarding ticket purchases, event details, cancellations, and policies.
Process ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately using ticketing systems and platforms.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling customer concerns or complaints.
Collaborate with event organizers and partners to ensure updated and accurate information is provided to customers.
Monitor and manage ticket inventory, reporting issues or discrepancies to the relevant teams.
Promote upselling of premium packages or promotional offers where applicable.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Participate in training and team meetings to stay informed about upcoming events, system changes, and best practices.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Proficiency in using computers, ticketing software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a ticketing or call center environment.
Prior experience with event coordination, entertainment services, or ticketing platforms (e.g., Ticketmaster, Eventbrite) is an advantage.
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules and business needs.
