Your role involves

• Driving and supporting the sale of Bell’s TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Smart Home residential product suite by being a brand ambassador, engaging residential customers face‑to‑face through tactics such as canvassing and cold calling.
• Working from a client‑provided territory lead list to effectively market Bell products and drive sales in residential areas.
• Identifying specific customer needs and tailoring solutions to fit their lifestyle, ensuring a best‑in‑class customer service experience.
• Delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand.
• Weekly team meetings to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results.
• Utilizing the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage your lead funnel.
• Conducting yourself with optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face of our client, Bell Canada.

Compensation

• Base pay + uncapped commission.
• Commission is paid on top of the base salary, with most of your income coming from commissions.
• Commission is paid per service unit activated.
• The amount of commission you earn per service unit activated will increase as you hit specific sales targets bi‑weekly.
