Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a Customer Service Representative role or related position.
• Experience analyzing sales and forecasting future sales.
• Previous exposure to a heavy-equipment work environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts and ensure effective customer communication.
• Prospect for potential new customers within the territory.
• Prepare quotations for customers and follow up on sales.
