Medical Aesthetics | Capital Equipment Sales
Base Salary: $65,000 | Year 1 OTE: $125,000 to $150,000 | Year 2 OTE: $150,000 to $200,000+

Summit Search Group is partnering with a fast-growing, market-leading organization in the medical aesthetics and capital equipment space to identify a high-performing Territory Account Manager. This is an opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, quota-carrying environment and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.

This role is responsible for owning a defined territory, developing new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with physicians and clinical practices.

The Opportunity

As Territory AccountManager, you will be responsible for generating revenue and executing a consultative sales approach within your region. You will introduce innovative aesthetic and medical technology solutions to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other physician-led practices, helping grow both market presence and customer impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and exceed a seven-figure annual sales quota within your territory
  • Prospect and generate new leads through in-person and phone-based cold outreach
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Build strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, OB/GYNs, urologists, and private practices
  • Navigate objections and create emotionally compelling sales opportunities
  • Cross-sell across a portfolio of products and solutions
  • Leverage clinical specialists and internal resources to drive results
  • Collaborate with peers to share best practices and support team success
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting within CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conventions as a brand ambassador
  • Provide mentorship and support to peers when needed
What We Are Looking For

  • Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain technical product knowledge
Experience & Education
  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser technology
  • Experience selling into physician offices, clinics, or medical practices strongly preferred
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities
  • Remote-based role with work conducted from a home office and within customer sites
  • Regular time spent in physician offices and medical spas
  • Approximately 60% travel within the assigned territory
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 80 lbs occasionally, including equipment for demos
