Summary

The Tenant Services Coordinator supports BGIS clients by coordinating small-scale maintenance projects, workspace changes, design services, and office services. This role also involves resolving tenant issues related to service projects, and managing scopes, specifications, tendering, financial administration, and contractor performance monitoring for tenant service and base building projects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process, and validate service requests via telephone, email, and in-person visits; maintain work order tracking.
  • Coordinate BGIS and subcontractor teams to deliver tenant services within scope.
  • Assist Facility Managers with small-scale tenant service projects, including contractor selection, performance monitoring, budgeting, quality control, and work assignment.
  • Review contractual work, report discrepancies to Facility Manager, and process Purchase Orders.
  • Interpret client work processes, workplace culture, and policies for effective service delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills

  • High school diploma plus technical or business coursework.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent client management and customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of project delivery and tendering processes.
  • Understanding of commercial building systems and construction.
  • Organizational, coordination, and documentation skills; ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to interpret contracts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CAD skills are a plus.
  • Experience relevant to facility management, infrastructure, or related sectors.

Licenses & Professional Accreditation

  • Valid driver’s license (if required).
