A regional school board in Ontario seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and support students with communication difficulties. This role involves collaboration with school staff and advising on effective interventions. A Master in Speech Language is required, along with significant experience in the field. Reporting directly to the Board Lead Psychologist, the Speech-Language Pathologist performs related duties by consulting with school staff, parents, and outside agencies about students with communication difficulties. Assess and diagnose communication disorders associated with Autism, Pervasive Developmental Disorders, Developmental Delay, Learning Disabilities, cleft palate and hearing loss.
