Overview

Clearview Public Schools Requires a Temporary Mathematics Teacher

Clearview Public Schools is accepting applications for a full time temporary teaching position at the Wm. E. Hay Stettler Secondary Campus beginning at the end November. Located in Stettler, Alberta, Wm. E. Hay Stettler Secondary Campus is a vibrant and modern school with approximately 700 students in grades 7-12. This teaching assignment will include the following courses:

  • Semester 1: PE 20/30 (1), Biology 20 (2) and Math 10-3 (4)
  • Semester 2: Math 10-3, Math 20-3, Math 8
Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be a highly organized, student focused teacher who works well in a collaborative team oriented environment and focuses on building professional and effective relationships with students. Experience using a wide variety of technology tools in a learning setting, effective classroom management, ability to communicate with students and parents, and ability to establish high expectations for student learning are valuable skills. A strong numeracy background is required for this position.
