We are seeking a temporary full-time Bookings Coordinator to join our Bookings Team at the Westgate Clinic in Edmonton for a six-month pilot. Partnering with clinic and operational teams, the Bookings Coordinator helps create a remarkable patient experience before a visit begins. As the first point of contact, the Bookings Coordinator supports access to diagnostic services by guiding patients through the booking process and preparing them for their exams. When operational needs arise, the Bookings Coordinator also assists with clinic needs, welcoming patients at arrival and helping guide patients through their visit. Bringing compassion and clarity to the coordination of patient care, the Bookings Coordinator helps deliver remarkable care every visit.
