Qualifications
- Post‑secondary education in Social Services or Developmental Services is required.
- 1 year of related work experience if education is in a non-related field.
- Successful completion of internal legislated and mandated training is required.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Identify program needs and assist in the development of life plans.
- Provide case management and personal care to individuals.
- Offer life skills training and emotional support.
- Maintain documentation and monitor finances for individuals supported.
- Provide direction to part-time staff.
