Job summary

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary education in Social Services or Developmental Services is required.

• Successful completion of internal legislated and mandated training is required.
• Valid driver's license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify program needs and assist in the development of life plans.
• Provide case management and personal care to individuals.
• Offer life skills training and emotional support.
• Maintain documentation and monitor finances for individuals supported.
• Provide direction to part-time staff.
