Your Opportunity

As a Telecom Operator at AHS, you will monitor radio activity and receive calls for security requests. You'll provide timely and efficient documentation of all AHS Provincial Protective Services officers’ activities, work within various information database systems and coordinate the administrative assignment of Protective Services officers working in AHS site. You'll maintain awareness of field activities, ensure pertinent operational information is shared, and provide an immediate link to emergency and non-emergency assistance on behalf of Protective Services Officers.

  • Must have demonstrated experience resolving complex client issues.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal is required; superior active listening and interpretative skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid First Aid certificate, BCLS-HCP training.
