What You’ll Accomplish with Us

As a Transaction Technician, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing various transaction requests (contract openings, deposits, etc.) in accordance with current policies and procedures;

  • Ensuring documentation related to requests is compliant;

  • Entering and coding information into complex computer systems;

  • Meeting established deadlines in a fast-paced environment where products evolve quickly and tax laws are frequently updated;

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong analytical skills and attention to detail;

  • Is comfortable using computer tools;

  • Demonstrates sound judgment and autonomy;

  • Shows strong learning ability and can work under pressure;

  • Has an advanced level of Franch, as the role involves daily communication and processing of requests in both English and French with financial advisors across Canada;

  • Has an advanced level of English proficiency.
