Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to assist clients
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases efficiently
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones and computers
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while effectively addressing inquiries and problems
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from at home
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical support experience is preferred
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
