Our client is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant to introduce next-generation lubrication solutions to industrial and heavy-duty customers across Canada. From mining and dredging to high-performance motorsports, these products are engineered to perform under the toughest conditions.

This role blends technical expertise, business development, and relationship-building, giving you the chance to make an immediate impact while shaping a long-term growth initiative.

Your Role : Build the Market, Drive the Vision

As a Technical Sales Consultant, you’ll serve as both a trusted technical advisor and a sales driver. Responsibilities include:

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial and heavy-duty clients.
  • Sell and demonstrate a specialized product portfolio, securing new accounts.
  • Expand brand awareness in the GTA and across Canada.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and long-term partnerships.
  • Technical Expertise & Customer Support
  • Deliver hands-on product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges for customers.
  • Provide tailored recommendations that create measurable value.
  • Planning & Engagement
  • Manage leads, activities, and opportunities through CRM tools (MS Dynamics preferred).
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Balance independent, home-based work with on-site client visits and occasional Canada-wide travel.
What You Bring : Technical Mindset Meets Commercial Drive
  • Proven experience in technical sales within the heavy-duty, industrial, or related markets.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct persuasive product demos.
  • Comfort with CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred), Microsoft Office; Power BI is an asset.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work independently while engaging clients across multiple regions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to build a new business line from the ground up.
