Job description

Titan Consulting is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Recruitment team. Reporting to the
Recruitment Manager, you'll help build relationships and promote Titan Consulting’s brand.
From day one, you'll participate in our comprehensive Recruitment Training program, followed by
personalized 1:1 coaching from our leadership team to support your development.

a Technical Recruiter, you'll be instrumental in identifying and hiring top technical talent to
support our company’s continued success.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email.
  • Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social
    networks, professional communities, and referrals.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications,
    skills, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or technical
    interviewers, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and other
    recruiters to expand your talent network.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately recorded and tracked in Bullhorn.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, keeping them informed throughout the
    recruitment process and addressing their inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • A University or College degree.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in sales, hospitality, or sports-related fields.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset eager to develop within the company.
