The P&P team's mission is to shape the Partners and Platforms (P&P) ecosystem, delivering future‑proof, repeatable, and scalable services that drive profitable business outcomes and are fueled by the unified resources of Media, Tech, and Creative. As a Technical Partner Lead, you will serve as the chief strategist and trusted technical advisor for one or multiple high‑visibility Agency Partners. You will be the Data and Technical differentiator and drive transformative data, measurement, and AI strategies for them, enabling them to advance their data maturity, unlock end‑client objectives, and grow with Google. You will use your knowledge of both Google’s and Agency’s platforms and business strategies to identify, sell, and project‑manage longer‑term opportunities for these partners by developing the goal, securing executive buy‑in, and leading the execution of transformative data, measurement, and AI strategies. You will act as the single point of accountability for the full transformation life‑cycle—from initial strategic planning and sales through to final implementation and adoption. Google’s Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world’s leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google’s full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more.
