About the job

The P&P team's mission is to shape the Partners and Platforms (P&P) ecosystem, delivering future‑proof, repeatable, and scalable services that drive profitable business outcomes and are fueled by the unified resources of Media, Tech, and Creative. As a Technical Partner Lead, you will serve as the chief strategist and trusted technical advisor for one or multiple high‑visibility Agency Partners. You will be the Data and Technical differentiator and drive transformative data, measurement, and AI strategies for them, enabling them to advance their data maturity, unlock end‑client objectives, and grow with Google. You will use your knowledge of both Google’s and Agency’s platforms and business strategies to identify, sell, and project‑manage longer‑term opportunities for these partners by developing the goal, securing executive buy‑in, and leading the execution of transformative data, measurement, and AI strategies. You will act as the single point of accountability for the full transformation life‑cycle—from initial strategic planning and sales through to final implementation and adoption. Google’s Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world’s leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google’s full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market‑shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the identification of Agency business objectives and set sales strategies for key transformation opportunities. Pitch and secure executive‑level commitment on the project scope, resources, and investment required to scale.
  • Identify business and growth opportunities and lead internal stakeholders to drive the sales and business growth potential. Develop solution goals by translating Agency business needs into actionable, business‑generating Google solutions.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and technical challenges throughout the program’s life‑cycle, providing executive‑level visibility and remediation.
  • Lead cross‑functional efforts to align engaging objectives and orchestrate the execution resources (gPS, gTech, Product, and Agency/Partner teams) to deliver the technical solution, ensuring the final implementation meets the original strategic goal and business objectives.
  • Lead deep dives and data analysis to draw interpretable insights and present data‑driven strategic and tactical recommendations to drive program success and organizational change.
