WHAT’S ON OFFER
As a Technical Implementation Specialist reporting to the Manager, Technical Implementations, you will play a critical role in configuring and implementing our AI-driven platform to enable our customer’s success. You will partner closely with the professional services team throughout the entirety of the customer lifecycle and be responsible for managing all data-related activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical fluency - especially in data analysis, querying, and ETL.

LOCATION
We are a remote first company with employees in both Canada and the US. Our office hub is located downtown Toronto. Team building, communication and social connectivity are important and we support this with virtual and in-person collaborative work sessions, team meetings and socials.
