A leading educational organization in Metro Vancouver is seeking a Technical Content Supervisor to oversee instructional design and project management. The ideal candidate will have a background in Education or Instructional Design and experience in leading teams. This role supports educational initiatives while working in a remote-first environment that embraces flexibility in work schedules.
Compensation Band: 5
Compensation Range: $78, - $98, per year

The Technical Content Supervisor oversees the design and development of learning materials across various products ensuring alignment with instructional standards and adult learning principles. They manage a team of Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers, and Technical Writers, guiding curriculum development and maintaining quality assurance. This role also includes project leadership, staff development, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support educational initiatives.

In this position, you will report to the Manager, Learning and Development and will work out of their home office, travel will be required from time to time. CWB has adopted a remote-first working model, where employees will work from their home office, servicing the client within their specified areas either remotely or in person.
