Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in transforming business requirements into scalable technology solutions for our Productivity Systems & AI enablement Group. You\'ll collaborate with internal customers, software engineers, automation experts, and leadership to enable efficiency through smart systems and modern tools—including application development, robotic process automation (RPA), and Generative AI integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders from different teams including Medical Education and Promotion, Market Insights and Research, Operations, Data and Technology to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Lead or support process reengineering initiatives, aligning teams on current and future-state processes. Conduct interviews and workshops to capture business processes and user stories
- Translate complex business needs into clear, structured requirements (Business Requirement Documents, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Produce Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, user stories & acceptance criteria, user cases & scenarios, process flows, gap analysis reports, traceability matrices
- Use diagrams to simplify complex processes including Swim Lane Diagrams, Business Process Models, Data Flow Diagrams, wireframes and mockups
- Collaborate with Data and Technology product owners, project managers, and technical teams to design the solutions that meet requirements
- As the business evolves, the Business Analyst must maintain a comprehensive and integrated process map across different solutions and business functions
- Leverage Jira to manage backlogs, assign tasks, and track progress in Agile or hybrid development environments
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency either using RPA tools, GenAI or by simply streamlining a process
- Collaborate with developers and QA to support application delivery, testing, and iteration cycles
- Prepare clear and concise flow charts, presentations, and reports for stakeholders and leadership
Key Skills, Knowledge & Professional Education
- 5+ years of experience in a business analyst capacity within technology or digital product teams is required
- Bachelor\'s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data/Information Management. Having an advanced degree including a masters degree or advanced BA certifications is a plus (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
- Strong technical understanding of technical architectures, integrations and compliance requirements including concepts such as application development, SDLC, Agile, coding, data integration platforms, SaaS platforms, analytics and visualization tools, storage, AWS, CRM, cloud ecosystems (AWS, Google, Azure)
- Hands-on experience with Jira for task management, team coordination. Creating epics, stories, tasks, assigning work, sprint planning, and tracking is required
- Use tools for documentation including Google productivity tools such as Gsheet, Gdocs, GSlides, diagramming tools such as LucidChart, Agile/PM tools such as Jira, Confluence. Manage document versions, audit trails and change logs
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation and GenAI/LLM is required
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to independently analyze problems, define solutions, and drive outcomes
- Ability to create flow charts to describe processes, application flows, wireframes, mockups using modern collaboration and documentation tools is required. Using GenAI to create live wireframes and mockups is a plus

Certifications
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) – IIBA (preferred)
- PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) – PMI (strong asset)
- Agile BA Certification – ICAgile, Scrum.org, or similar. (strong asset)
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) – beneficial for process reengineering.
- RPA Analyst Certification – e.g., UiPath Business Analyst Foundation. (optional but valuable)
- AI/GenAI Awareness Credentials – Microsoft AI Fundamentals, OpenAI courses, IBM AI Analyst (optional but valuable)
